Is EngageBay right for your business?
EngageBay brings marketing, sales CRM and customer support into one platform. It is worth evaluating when a small team wants to reduce the handoffs between its lead capture, follow-up and service processes. Our recommendation is conditional: choose it only after confirming that your required workflow and integrations are available on the plan you can afford.
EngageBay pricing: compare the complete cost
The All-in-One range includes Free, Basic, Growth and Pro. The official pricing page lists contact allowances of 250, 500, 5,000 and 10,000 respectively. Paid rates depend on billing term and are quoted per user, so a headline rate is not the complete team bill. Separate Marketing and Sales offerings also exist; compare the same product when checking competing prices.
Check the current quote, payment term, taxes, contact growth and email allowance before committing. Record the cost for your current team and for the number of users you expect next year. A low starting price is useful only if the necessary features remain within your budget.
Current offer checked 14 October 2026: EngageBay advertises a free plan for up to 250 contacts, with no credit card required. The approved Awin promotion includes CRM, email marketing, live chat and helpdesk features; limits apply. No coupon code is required. The network promotion is listed through 30 December 2026; confirm the current free-plan allowances on the vendor’s pricing page before signing up.
CRM and follow-up: start with one real process
Define a lead-to-sale process before evaluating a CRM. Try creating a contact, assigning an owner, recording a follow-up task and moving a deal through the stages your team actually uses. Include an existing contact so you can check whether your process creates duplicates. This is our suggested acceptance test, not a claim that JKOffers has completed it.
Ask who will maintain fields, permissions and reporting after launch. A system with many features can still be a poor fit if the team cannot keep its records accurate. Export a sample of your information during evaluation and document how you would leave the platform.
Integrations and automation limits
EngageBay lists integrations including Zapier, Shopify, SendGrid, Mailgun and Xero. An integration logo does not establish that every field or action you need is supported. Confirm the exact trigger, required permissions and any additional subscription costs.
Automation, reporting and collaboration capabilities vary by package. Check the selected plan rather than assuming that the free version represents the complete paid service. Estimate the work required to migrate your contacts, preserve consent information and train colleagues.
Our verdict
Shortlist EngageBay if an integrated CRM and marketing workflow fits your requirements. Start with a small evaluation, identify the first paid feature you need, and calculate the full team cost. Look further if a mandatory integration, reporting requirement or migration constraint cannot be resolved. Affiliate approval does not determine our verdict.
