Make connects apps through visual automated workflows called scenarios. This assessment is based on Make’s official plan information, checked on 8 October 2026. We have not run performance tests, so the recommendations below are a buying assessment rather than hands-on test results.
Where Make fits
Make offers a visual workflow builder, app integrations, routers and filters. A scenario can receive information, transform it and pass it to another app. Our view: shortlist it when a repeatable process crosses several services, such as moving enquiries into a sales workflow. Start with one valuable task rather than automating every process at once.
Understand credits and plan limits
Make bills usage in credits. Most actions consume one credit, while some advanced features consume more. The Free plan lists 1,000 monthly credits, two active scenarios and a 15-minute minimum scheduled interval. Paid plans expand these limits and add features. Estimate the actions per run multiplied by expected runs; one business task can trigger several actions. Include failures, retries and maintenance in your evaluation.
Our verdict
Make is worth evaluating for visual automation across multiple apps. Before subscribing, confirm that the exact app actions you need exist and test one representative scenario with sample data. Track usage, review the results and decide who will maintain it when your process changes. Source: https://www.make.com/en/pricing.
